Service Provider's Cancellation Policy

AAll information related to VNGCLOUD's policies and terms are presented fully, clearly and in detail on the company's official website. Customers will not have to worry about hidden costs or any information ambiguity.

REFUND POLICY

The time to submit a refund request must be within 7 days from the date the customer begins to pay and use the service.;
VNGCLOUD does not accept refunds for services canceled due to violating the terms of the company's Service Policy.;
VNGCLOUD only refunds after the customer submits a refund request and reviews it.;
The entire refund amount after deducting service costs will be added to the credit balance in the customer's account at VNGCLOUD. You can use this balance to register or renew other services of VNGCLOUD company.
Domain registration and related domain name services are non-refundable.
Refund time will be from 1 to 3 days from the time the customer registers for a refund and cancels the service.

REFUND FEE

To ensure a balance of interests for both parties, we apply the following refund policy:

Refund to customer's account at VNGCLOUD: After deducting service costs and previous usage time. The balance will be refunded to the account and customers can use it to register for VNGCLOUD customer services.;
Refund via bank transfer: After registering to cancel the service, customers will receive a refund of 70% of the total amount after deducting service costs, bank transfer fees and previous usage time.;
Direct Refund: After registering and canceling the service, customers will receive a refund of 70% of the total amount after deducting service fees and previous usage time.;

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REQUESTING A REFUND

To ensure a balance of interests for both parties, we apply the following refund policy:

Before submitting a refund request, customers must make sure that they have backed up all data on Hosting / VPS / Server. Customers submit a refund request via email Sales@gofiber.vn or come directly to the office.;
Refund via bank transfer: After registering to cancel the service, customers will receive a refund of 70% of the total amount after deducting service costs, bank transfer fees and previous usage time.;
Then within 24 hours the sales department will respond and assist you with a refund.;
